I'm not a teacher but if you wanna have a fluent English try to read english books, try to understand some movies etc...
Work on it ^^

I am not a teacher, but as i speak american fluently, i could help you, if you agree of course.
The best way is to read in books, where the most of thingscan be learned, but it helps having penfriends and everything. Here i am lucky, an american woman lives in my city, so i can practice with her. But just do try to get penpals and call them as many times as possible, whenever you can. It really helps.
